A significant portion of Greenplan’s work is related to commercial, multi family and community scale buildings that fall within Part 9 of the B.C. Building Code.  In recent years we have designed and

co-ordinated project development for several unique service stations, a tourist interpretive center, group home, seniors day-program facility, townhouse developments and other non-residential ventures.  Our interests extend into the development of village scale projects particularly when focused on sustainable planning and green design principles.
