Our design services are primarily focused on custom residential design often incorporating various green design principles.  The scale of our projects range from tiny recreational cabins through to large estate homes.  All good home designs find the right balance between project budget and client dreams, all the while capturing the best features of the building site. Our pursuit of creative design solutions for our clients has evolved over 23 years of practice into a 4 phase process:

1. 1)Assessment Stage - regulations review, site analysis, client needs, etc.
   

2. 2)Conceptual Design - preliminary site plan, building floor plans, 3 D images, etc.
   

3. 3)Design Development - finalize structure, building materials, code issues, etc.
   

4. 4)Working Drawings and Blueprints - detailed drawings and specifications for permit application.
