Although all of our projects are unique, this one in particular was something to remember. Designed on the existing foundation of a previously fire-damaged home, Seabreeze Haven challenged us to think creatively within tight site constraints — and the result is something truly special.
 

Perched on a stunning coastal property, the home was carefully designed to maximize the ocean views through large windows and a striking gable end that extends from the front to the back of the house. The main living spaces — including the kitchen, dining, and living areas — are positioned to capture the beauty of the water while maintaining a practical and comfortable flow throughout the home.
 

The main living area acts as a thoughtful divider between the private master suite and a separate two-bedroom, one-bathroom guest wing. This layout allows visitors to enjoy their own space and privacy, without feeling obligated to socialize — a perfect balance of hospitality and independence. On the opposite side, the master suite offers a peaceful retreat with an expansive ocean-facing window and a luxurious freestanding soaker tub, inviting long, relaxing baths with a view of the sea. Above the two-bay garage, a spacious bonus room makes the most of the available space and the exceptional view — ideal for a family room, studio, or additional guest area. The home also includes a fully equipped gym and ample storage closets throughout, ensuring both comfort and functionality in everyday living.
